Remuneration Policy: Members of the management board who are involved in the operational (day-to-day) activities of the organisation may receive a salary (which is in line with the market) for this role. In their capacity as policymakers, however, members of the management board can only receive reimbursement of reasonable expenses and attendance fees per meeting, strictly within the limits set by Dutch ANBI regulations (currently a maximum of EUR 360.63 per meeting, or EUR 468.82 for the chairman, up to and including December 2025). Members of the supervisory board will not be remunerated, except for reimbursement of travel expenses incurred for attending board meetings.

This distinction ensures that under no circumstance will directors or board members receive remuneration beyond what is expressly permitted, and that all payments remain fully compliant with ANBI requirements at all times.
